seeking to appoint a professional to be part as the Coal Processing Plant operations in Sebuku site as followed:
1. Project Hand (3 persons)
2. Attendant Operator (29 persons)
3. Control Room Operator (4 persons)
4. Process Leading Hand (5 persons)
5. Process Foreman (2 persons)
6. Shift Supervisor (2 persons)
7. Senior CPP Supervisor (1person)
8. Electrician (3 persons)
9. Electrical Supervisor (1 person)
10. Mechanic Assistant (1 person)
11. Mechanic / Fitter (11 persons)
12. Maintenance Leading Hand (2 persons)
13. Maintenance Foreman (1 person)
14. Maintenance Coordinator (1 person)
15. Planner (1person)
16. Deputy Mining Manager (1 person)
17. Mining Superintendent ( 1 person)
General Requirements:
a. To (16) Proficiency in English, Computer literate is a must, Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills, Energetic, flexible and very organized with attention to a detail,
experience in mining industry would be preferable
(1), (2), (3), (4), (5), (6), (8), (9), (10), (11), (12), (13), (15) At least > 4 years experience in
related area,
(7), (14) At least > 6 years experience in related area,
(16) At least > 10 years experience as Site Kepala Teknik in mining operation, Certificate
"Kepala Teknik" is a must,
(17) At least > 7 years experience in related area, Certificate `Kepala Teknik" is must,
