Merujuk pada Surat Sekretaris Jenderal Departemen Agama RI Nomor : B.II/1-a/Kp.00.3/906/2007, tanggal 24 Oktober 2007 perihal Penyampaian Rincian Alokasi Formasi Pengadaan / Pengangkatan CPNS di lingkungan Dep. Agama Tahun Anggaran 2007, UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta akan melaksanakan Seleksi CPNS Tahun 2007 untuk jenis formasi Calon Dosen dan Tenaga Teknis Lainnya, Laboran dengan ketentuan :



I. Jenis Ketenagaan dan Kualifikasi Pendidikan yang Diperlukan
A. Calon Dosen
B. Tenaga Teknis Lainnya, Laboran

II. Persyaratan Pelamar
A. Persyaratan Umum :
Setiap Warga Negara Indonesia yang bertakwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, berusia serendah-rendahnya 18 tahun dan setinggi-tingginya 35 tahun pada tanggal 1 Desember 2007 dapat mengajukan lamaran untuk mengikuti seleksi CPNS Tahun 2007 formasi Calon Dosen dan Tenaga Teknis lainnya, laboran. dengan syarat :

1. mempunyai pendidikan, kecakapan, keahlian, dan ketrampilan yang diperlukan sesuai dengan formasi yang tersedia;
2. berkelakuan baik;
3. sehat jasmani dan rohani;
4. tidak pernah dihukum penjara atau kurungan berdasarkan putusan pengadilan yang telah mempunyai kekuatan hukum yang tetap;
5. tidak pernah diberhentikan dengan hormat tidak atas permintaan sendiri atau tidak dengan hormat sebagai PNS/Pegawai Swasta;
6. tidak berkedudukan sebagai CPNS/PNS;
7. tidak menjadi anggota/pengurus PARPOL;
8. bersedia mematuhi peraturan/ketentuan yang berlaku dalam lingkungan Departemen Agama;
9. Ijazah yang diperoleh dari perguruan tinggi swasta setelah tahun 2001 harus dari perguruan tinggi swasta yang terakreditasi. Ijazah yang diperoleh dari PTS sebelum tahun 2001 harus dari perguruan tinggi yang berstautus disamakan;
10. Ijazah yang diperoleh dari perguruan tinggi Luar Negeri harus mendapat penetapan penyetaraan dari Departemen Pendidikan Nasional dan Departemen Agama;
11. Bagi pelamar yang berusia lebih dari 35 tahun sampai dengan 40 tahun pada tanggal 1 Desember 2007 dapat mengajukan lamaran dengan ketentuan harus memiliki Wiyata Bhakti minimal 10 tahun 8 bulan secara terus menerus pada Instansi Pemerintah atau lembaga swasta yang berbadan hukum.

B. Persyaratan Khusus :
Bagi yang memenuhi persyaratan umum diatas, dapat mengajukan lamaran untuk mengikuti seleksi CPNS Tahun 2007, dengan ketentuan yang bersangkutan harus mengajukan surat lamaran yang ditujukan kepada Menteri Agama RI di Jakarta yang ditulis tangan sendiri dengan tinta hitam, di atas kertas bermaterai Rp. 6.000,- dengan menyebutkan jenis ketenagaan yang dilamar pada unit organisasi yang dimaksud. Surat lamaran tersebut harus dilampiri dengan:
1. foto copy sah Ijazah terakhir dan Transkrip Nilai, (bagi pelamar yang berijazah S2 melampirkan juga foto copy Ijazah dan Transkrip Nilai S1) satu lembar;
2. foto copy sah Kartu Tanda Penduduk (bukan sementara) yang masih berlaku satu lembar;
3. pas foto terbaru ukuran 3x4 cm sebanyak 3 (tiga) lembar;
4. Foto copy sah surat keputusan bukti wiyata bhakti (bagi yang memiliki).

Berkas lamaran dimasukkan dalam stop-map berwarna merah bagi Calon Tenaga Dosen dan stop-map berwarna biru bagi Tenaga Teknis Lainnya, Laboran.

III. Pendaftaran dan Seleksi Administrasi :
1. Pendaftaran dilaksanakan di UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta;
2. pendaftaran hanya ditujukan untuk mengisi formasi yang tersedia di UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta tidak untuk mengisi formasi di tempat lain;
3. pendaftar akan diberi “Kartu Tanda Pendaftaran” sebagai bukti telah mendaftar;
4. pendaftar yang sudah mendapat “Kartu Tanda Pendaftaran” akan diikutkan dalam seleksi berkas sesuai dengan formasi, jenis ketenagaan dan kualifikasi yang dibutuhkan;
5. bagi pendaftar yang dinyatakan lolos seleksi administrasi akan diberi “Kartu Ujian/Tes;
6. pendaftar yang diperbolehkan mengikuti ujian/tes, (Test tahap pertama bagi pelamar untuk calon dosen) adalah mereka yang telah memenuhi persyaratan administrasi dan dinyatakan lolos seleksi berkas;
7. pelamar untuk calon dosen yang diperbolehkan mengikuti Ujian/Tes Tahap Kedua adalah peserta yang dinyatakan lulus Ujian/Tes Thap Pertama;

IV. Materi Ujian/Tes :
1. Materi Ujian selain Calon Dosen PTAIN terdiri dari :
a. Tes Pengetahuan Umum (TPU)
b. Tes Pengetahuan Agama (TPA)
c. Tes Bakat Skolastik (TBS)
d. Tes Pengetahuan Teknis (TPT)

2. Materi ujian calon dosen PTAIN terdiri dari 2 tahap
a. Tahap pertama
1) Tes Pengetahuan Bahasa Inggris
2) Tes Pengetahuan Bahasa Arab
3) Tes Bakat Skolastik

b. Tahap Ke dua
1) Tes Kompetensi Bidang Studi
2) Tes Kelayakan Mengajar
3) Tes Kepribadian

V. Pengumuman Hasil Tes :
1. Penentuan kelulusan “ujian/tes tahap pertama” ditetapkan oleh panitia Departemen Agama dengan menggunakan sistem scanner grade yang disesuaikan dengan jumlah kebutuhan bidang studi/jurusan yang tersedia;
2. Peserta yang dinyatakan lulus Ujian/Tes Tahap Pertama” akan diikutkan “Ujian/Tes Tahap kedua”.
3. Penentuan kelulusan ditentukan oleh panitia Departemen Agama berdasarkan hasil ranking passing grade dan disesuaikan dengan jumlah kebutuhan;
4. Keputusan tentang peserta ujian seleksi CPNS ditetapkan oleh Panitia Pusat dan diumumkan oleh panitia daerah;
5. Hanya peserta yang dinyatakan lulus oleh Panitia Departemen Agama yang berhak diusulkan untuk dapat diangkat sebagai Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil.

VI. Waktu dan tempat pendaftaran :
1. Waktu pendaftaran dilaksanakan tanggal 1 s/d. 16 November 2007 pada jam kerja.
2. Tempat pendaftaran Gedung PAU Lt. III Bagian Kepegawaian UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta.
3. “Kartu Tanda Pendaftaran” untuk Seleksi Berkas diberikan saat mendaftar, didasarkan pada Golongan, Jenis Formasi, dan kualifikasi pendidikan.
4. Hasil penyaringan administrasi (seleksi berkas) akan diumumkan pada tanggal 16 November 2007 pukul 16.00 WIB.

VII. Ketentuan lain
1. Pelamar harus datang sendiri ke tempat pendaftaran dan panitia tidak melayani surat menyurat dalam bentuk apapun;
2. Bagi pelamar yang tidak memenuhi persyaratan sebagaimana yang ditentukan, tidak akan diikutsertakan dalam seleksi/ujian;
3. Surat lamaran yang sudah diajukan kepada Rektor sebelum pengumuman ini iterbitkan agar diperbaharui sesuai dengan persyaratan yang ditentukan;
4. Keputusan Panitia Pengadaan CPNS UIN Sunan Kalijaga tidak dapat diganggu gugat.

The SPO will take a key role in actively contributing to the spatial planning process in the district level, capacity building of government officials in spatial planning and in managing relevant data and information of the study areas in Aceh. Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage spatial and non-spatial data

Collect primary GIS data, secondary data from existing sources, collate and interpret and prepare technical reportsConduct basic GIS/RS analysis

Take an active role in the district land use planning for a sustainable development in Aceh Barat

Liaise with multi-stakeholders involved in spatial planning.Develop work plans for GIS related support work in the district in consultation with ICRAF officers, BAPPEDA and district line agencies.Monitor land use planning activities in relation to ICRAF projects in Aceh Barat and prepare regular progress reports.Develop a communication strategy and implement it in order to strengthen communication between ICRAF and partner institutions related to land use planning and project activities.Document the process and synthesize lessons learnt during the process.Support capacity development of government line agencies and partners in Aceh Barat on spatial planningProvide technical support on cartographic services and data sharing to ICRAF and partner colleagues in GIS and Remote Sensing technology in Aceh.Take an active role as a technical resource person as well as local organizer of GIS/RS trainings conducted by ICRAF.Develop communication materials for GIS and Remote Sensing application in land use planning in Indonesia and English.

II. PERSYARATAN
II.1. PERSYARATAN UMUM
a. Warga Negara Indonesia.
b. Tidak sedang terikat perjanjian / kontrak kerja dengan instansi lain.

II.2. PERSYARATAN KHUSUS
II.2.1. BAGI PELAMAR UMUM

a. Berijazah Pasca Sarjana (S2) dan atau Sarjana (S1) dan berasal dari Perguruan Tinggi Negeri / Swasta yang telah mendapat akreditasi (minimal B) atau ijazah yang telah mendapat akreditasi Depdiknas bagi Perguruan Tinggi Luar Negeri dengan persyaratan IPK untuk S1 minimal 2,75 (dua koma tujuh lima), dan S2 minimal 3,25 (tiga koma dua lima). Bagi pelamar untuk formasi S2 wajib melampirkan ijazah dan transkrip nilai jenjang S1 (Teknik Sipil).
b. Kualifikasi pendidikan sesuai dengan formasi yang tersedia yang ditetapkan oleh Menteri Negara Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara.
c. Menguasai bahasa Inggris dengan baik (lisan dan tulisan) yang dibuktikan dengan Institusional TOEFL yang masih berlaku dan diterbitkan oleh Lembaga Bahasa LIA atau International TOEFL yang diterbitkan oleh lembaga yang berwenang, dengan nilai minimum 450 (empat ratus lima puluh) untuk S1, dan 500 (lima ratus) untuk S2.
d. Batas Usia :
o S1 : lahir pada tanggal 1 Oktober 1979 atau sesudahnya (usia maksimum 28 tahun pada tanggal 1 Oktober 2007).
o S2 : lahir pada tanggal 1 Oktober 1977 atau sesudahnya (usia maksimum 30 tahun pada tanggal 1 Oktober 2007).

II.2.2. PERSYARATAN BAGI PEGAWAI TIDAK TETAP 1 *
a. Berijazah Pasca Sarjana (S2) dan atau Sarjana (S1) yang berasal dari Perguruan Tinggi Negeri/ Swasta yang telah mendapat akreditasi (minimal B) atau Ijazah yang telah mendapatkan akreditasi dari Depdiknas bagi Perguruan Tinggi luar negeri. Bagi pelamar untuk formasi S2 wajib melampirkan ijazah dan transkrip nilai jenjang S1 (Teknik Sipil)
b. Kualifikasi pendidikan sesuai dengan formasi yang tersedia yang ditetapkan oleh Menteri Negara Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara.
c. Lahir pada tanggal 1 Oktober 1972 atau sesudahnya (usia maksimum 35 tahun pada tanggal 1 Oktober 2007) baik untuk S2 maupun S1.
d. Melampirkan Surat Keterangan dari Satminkal/Unit Kerja yang menyatakan bahwa yang bersangkutan mulai bekerja di unit kerja tersebut sejak tanggal 1 Januari 2000 atau sebelum 1 April 2007 secara terus menerus. (Surat Keterangan di tandatangani oleh Pejabat Eselon II)2 *. (Lampiran 4)

III. PENDAFTARAN
a. Berkas lamaran disampaikan melalui pos atau jasa titipan dokumen mulai tanggal 8 Oktober s.d. 5 November 2007 (cap pos) dan sudah diterima oleh panitia selambat-lambatnya pada hari Jumat tanggal 9 November 2007 pukul 16.00 WIB. Panitia tidak menerima berkas lamaran yang disampaikan secara langsung atau dikirim di luar batas waktu yang telah ditentukan.
b. Surat lamaran dibuat dengan tulisan tangan menggunakan tinta hitam, sesuai format yang terdapat dalam Website Departemen Pekerjaan Umum atau papan pengumuman Departemen Pekerjaan Umum. (Lampiran 1 bagi Pelamar Umum dan Lampiran 3 bagi Pegawai Tidak Tetap)

IV. TAHAPAN DAN JADWAL SELEKSI
Seleksi dilakukan sebagai berikut :
a. Seleksi Administratif sesuai persyaratan;
b. Ujian tertulis meliputi Test Pengetahuan Umum (TPU), Test Bakat Skolastik (TBS), Test Skala Kematangan (TSK), dan Test Substansi (TS).

1* : Yang dimaksud dengan Pegawai Tidak Tetap adalah pegawai yang dipekerjakan dalam jangka waktu tertentu dalam rangka mendukung pelaksanaan tugas dan kegiatan di lingkungan Departemen Pekerjaan Umum dan tidak termasuk dalam Daftar Pegawai Honorer yang telah ditetapkan oleh Badan Kepegawaian Negara (BKN).
2* : Surat pernyataan ditandatangani oleh Pejabat Eselon II di lingkungan Departemen Pekerjaan Umum (Sekretaris satminkal, Direktur, Kepala Biro, Kepala Pusat, Kepala Balai Besar).


V. TEMPAT DAN PENGUMUMAN HASIL SELEKSI
a. Bagi pelamar yang dinyatakan lulus seleksi administratif akan dipanggil untuk mengikuti ujian tertulis.
b. Evaluasi berkas lamaran dilakukan mulai tanggal 8 Oktober s.d. 14 November 2007.
c. Pengumuman hasil seleksi administrasi akan dilakukan secara bertahap mulai tanggal 5 s.d. 14 November 2007.
d. Tanda Peserta Seleksi Ujian Tertulis diambil sendiri oleh calon peserta (tidak dapat diwakilkan) pada tanggal 15 s.d. 17 November 2007 pada jam kerja (09.00 – 15.00 WIB) dengan membawa dokumen asli berupa: ijazah, TOEFL, transkrip nilai dan akte kelahiran untuk diperlihatkan kepada panitia. Lokasi Pengambilan Tanda Peserta Seleksi Ujian Tertulis akan diberitahukan pada pengumuman hasil seleksi administrasi.
e. Ujian tertulis akan dilaksanakan secara terpusat di Jakarta, pada tanggal 18 November 2007. Lokasi dan waktu ujian tertulis akan diumumkan pada saat pengambilan Tanda Peserta Seleksi Ujian Tertulis.
f. Hasil ujian akan diumumkan segera setelah seleksi tertulis dilaksanakan di website Departemen Pekerjaan Umum dan Papan Pengumuman Departemen Pekerjaan Umum.
g. Keputusan hasil seleksi oleh Panitia tidak dapat diganggu gugat.

VI. LAIN-LAIN
a. Seleksi masuk Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil Departemen Pekerjaan Umum tidak dipungut biaya.
b. Departemen Pekerjaan Umum tidak bertanggungjawab atas pungutan atau tawaran berupa apapun oleh oknum-oknum yang mengatasnamakan Departemen Pekerjaan Umum atau Panitia sehingga peserta diharapkan tidak melayani tawaran-tawaran untuk mempermudah penerimaan sebagai Calon PNS.
c. Lamaran yang dikirim kepada Departemen Pekerjaan Umum sebelum pengumuman ini dianggap tidak berlaku.
d. Bagi Pelamar yang dinyatakan lulus seleksi sampai dengan pengangkatan menjadi Pegawai Negeri Sipil, kemudian mengundurkan diri diwajibkan mengganti biaya yang telah dikeluarkan oleh panitia sebesar Rp. 5.000.000,- (lima juta rupiah).
e. Berkas lamaran yang diterima panitia menjadi milik panitia dan tidak dapat diminta kembali oleh pelamar.
f. Hal-hal lain yang berkaitan dengan pengadaan dan seleksi CPNS Departemen Pekerjaan Umum Tahun 2007 dapat dilihat pada website Departemen Pekerjaan Umum (http://www.pu.go.id) dan para pelamar disarankan untuk terus memonitor perkembangannya. g. Bagi para peserta ujian, diharapkan membawa perlengkapan ujian antara lain: papan/alas untuk menulis, pensil 2B, penggaris, penghapus dan lain-lain yang diperlukan.
h. Bagi Pelamar yang dinyatakan lulus seleksi, wajib melengkapi persyaratan (dibuat rangkap 2) sebagai berikut :
• Daftar Riwayat Hidup sesuai format.
• Surat pernyataan sesuai format.
• Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian (SKCK) yang dikeluarkan oleh pihak yang berwajib/Polri.
• Surat Keterangan Sehat Jasmani dan Rohani dari Dokter Rumah Sakit Pemerintah atau Puskesmas.
• Surat Keterangan tidak mengkonsumsi Narkoba dan zat aditif lainnya yang dikeluarkan oleh pihak yang berwenang.
• Fotocopy pengalaman kerja dan dilegalisir (bagi yang memiliki).

h) Tidak pernah dihukum penjara atau kurungan berdasarkan Putusan Pengadilan;
i) Memenuhi jenjang pendidikan dan kualifikasi pendidikan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan;
j) Sehat jasmani dan rohani termasuk surat keterangan bebas pemakaian narkoba (setelah lulus dan diterima sebagai CPNS Departemen Perdagangan);

2. Persyaratan Khusus :

C. PENDAFTARAN
a. Lamaran
a. Surat lamaran ditulis tangan sendiri, menggunakan tinta hitam pada kertas ukuran folio (tanpa materai) dan ditandatangani oleh pelamar dengan melampirkan:
1. Foto copy STTB/Ijazah yang dilegalisasi oleh Pejabat yang berwenang;
2. Foto copy kartu tanda pencari kerja dari Dinas Tenaga Kerja setempat;
3. Foto copy Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian (SKCK) dari Kepolisian;
4. Pas photo terbaru ukuran 3x4 sebanyak 4 (empat) lembar;
5. Bagi pelamar berpendidikan Pascasarjana (S2), Sarjana (S1) dan Sarjana Muda (D.III) diharuskan melampirkan foto copy transkrip nilai Prestasi Akademik yang dilegalisasi oleh Pejabat yang berwenang;
6. Mengisi formulir Biodata yang dapat di download pada Website Departemen Perdagangan www.depdag.go.id.
b. Surat lamaran berserta kelengkapanya dibuat rangkap satu,dengan ketentuan:

2) Psikotes, terdiri dari :

b) Tes Skala Kematangan meliputi : Kemampuan Beradaptasi, Pengendalian Diri,

D. PELAKSANAAN SELEKSI :

2. Terhadap lamaran yang diterima tanggal 25 Oktober S/d 5 November 2007 dilakukan seleksi administrasi;

Should have adequate technical skills for configuration of loops on DCS, PLCs, in depth knowledge of application software, statistical data processing, control loop

B.E.(Mechanical engineer /Metallurgy) having 6 to 8 years experience in inspection/ diagnosis of various static equipments of petrochemical/ Refinery industry, certified with NDT techniques, well versed with cathodic protection , corrosion , insulation, painting, themography, refractory, pipe linings, boroscopy,
PWHT, MPI, DPT, WPS, UT etc.

6. MECHANICAL ENGINEER - Piping & Stationery Equipment
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 5 years of professional level experience in the engineering/design department in oil/petrochemical Industry. Experience of mechanical maintenance is essential. 7. ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering with 5 years of professional level experience in the engineering / design department of a large scale oil/petrochemical Industry. 8. INSTRUMENT ENGINEER
