1. MECHANIC SUPERVISOR (one position)
PT. Sulzer Hickham Indonesia is an established state-of-the art rotating equipment service center. The company operates in comprehensively well-equipped workshop facilities and offers a wide range of quality services to the rotating equipment market.
The range of services covers shop and field engineering services for re-manufacturing, repairs, upgrading and reconditioning of gas and steam turbines, centrifugal, axial and screw compressors, expanders, engineered pumps and other related equipment.
To fulfill our present vacancy for strengthening mechanical team, we are looking for a “Mechanic Supervisor”.
Your Job :
- Supervise all mechanical personnel at the workshop
- Support delegation to the field service assignments
- Ensure that all the mechanical works are carried out as per instructions and meet the quality standard in safe, efficient and timely manner
- Inspects and approves each immediate step of job progress
- Ensure that the employees thoroughly understand his job assignment
- Responsible to Production/ Shop Manager
Your Profile :
Having completed your tertiary study in mechanical engineering (Min S-1), you have acquired at least 5 years experience in rotating equipments field such as: gas/ steam turbines, pumps, compressors.
2. NDT INSPECTOR LEVEL 3 (one position)
Your Job :
- Responsible, guarantee and approve certification for all NDT facility in the company to fulfill requirement.
- To conduct periodical audit for all NDT in the company to fulfill requirement
- To conduct training, examination and certification for all NDT personnel in the company
- Approve the NDT procedure in the company
- Select the methods and techniques for specific inspection of NDT
- Authorized and certified for other NDT Level 3 methods such as :Penetrant testing, Magnetic Particle testing, Eddy Current Testing, Ultrasonic testing
- Responsible to Production/ Shop Manager
3. WELDING ENGINEER (one position)
Your Job :
- Responsible and evaluate welding inspection facility in the company to fulfill requirement.
- Issue the welding procedure specification (WPS), procedure qualification record (PQR) and review the coating work request.
- To conduct periodical welding test
- To conduct training of the employees in the company
- Review materials, design, repairs and quality concerns of work in the shop
- Responsible to Engineering Manager
Your Profile (Position 2 and 3) :
Having completed your tertiary study in metallurgy or mechanical engineering or equivalent degree, you have acquired at least 5 years experience responsible for the related position, having valid certificate from recognized institution relates to your jobs. Preferably having experiences in the rotating equipments field such as: gas/steam turbines, pumps, compressors.
