Vacancy: Temporary Mail Center Clerk

We are a utility company, presently looking for highly qualified individuals to fill in the following positions in order to strengthen our highly qualified management team:

Job Purpose
Execute daily routine administration support in order to assist the Document Management Section in corporate document management and department administration.

Scope of Responsibilities
§ To receive, register, identify and distribute correspondence to the correct addressees
§ To organize filing system and document audit
§ To administer department administration i.e.: stationeries and transport requests
§ To handle document data entry at Mail Center System
§ To provide clerical services: scanning and photocopying

Job Requirement:
§ Minimal Diploma's Degree in Library Management /Administration/Secretary
§ Excellent command in English, both oral & written
§ Computer literate min. MS Office
§ Good interpersonal skill
§ Able to maintain document confidentiality, be proactive and meticulous
§ Willing to work as a team member
§ Agree to temporary contract during three months starting 29 October 2007
