Saat ini kami membutuhkan tenaga profesional sesuai bidangnya yaitu :

1. Sekretaris untuk GM (SEK)
2. Operator (OPT)
3. Supervisor Produksi (PROD-SPV)
4. Process Assistant Manager (APM)
4. Chief Security (SEC-HR)


Ada pun syarat-syarat adalah sebagai berikut :

SEKRETARIS GM (SEK)

1. Pengalaman sebagai Sekretaris minimal 4 tahun
2. Lulusan Akademi Sekretaris diutamakan
3. Bersedia ditempatkan di daerah Cilegon
4. Pandai berkomunikasi dan mahir menggunakan komputer

OPERATOR (OPT)

1. Pengalaman sebagai Operator di PG Rafinasi
2. Minimal lulusan SMA
3. Dapat menunjukkan kompetensi di bidang boiler, vacuum pan, decolorisasi, packaging, mesin, elektrik, dll sesuai bidang pengalaman masing-masing
4. Bersedia bekerja secara shift dan akan ditempatkan di Cilegon

SUPERVISOR PRODUKSI (PROD-SPV)

1. Pengalaman sebagai Supervisor Produksi di PG Rafinasi minimal 5 tahun
2. Diutamakan lulusan Politeknik LPP Yogyakarta jurusan Pengolahan Gula
3. Siap bekerja keras dan ditempatkan di Cilegon

PROCESS ASSISTANT MANAGER (APM)

1. Pengalaman membawahi Departemen Proses (Produksi) di Pabrik Gula minimal 10 tahun
2. Diutamakan punya background pendidikan di Politeknik LPP
3. Menguasai proses produksi gula rafinasi, mesin pabrik gula dll
4. Ditempatkan di Cilegon dan siap bekerja keras

CHIEF SECURITY (SEC-HR)

1. Pengalaman sebagai anggota TNI/POLRI minimal 5 tahun
2. Diutamakan lulusan Akademi dengan pangkat minimal Kapten / AKP
3. Bersedia tinggal di Mess Perusahaan dan bekerja keras
4. Pandai menggunakan komputer dan kuat di dalam strategi pengamanan

Vacancy: Security, Health and Safety Coordinator-BHP Billiton Balikpapan

SECURITY COORDINATOR

This important role supports management in the development and implementation of the
BHP Billiton Security Management System to continuously improve the secure work
environment and provide adequate asset protection. The main responsibilities are to
ensure implementation of all HSEC and Security Systems, liaise with local risk enforcement and community, give technical support for site security representative and monitor and report security related risks and threats on regular basis. Your role is also to provide accurate information in response to department inquiries on security matters as well as professional and timely advice.

To be successful in this position you shall have a bachelor degree or other relevant post secondary schooling. You must have at least 3-5 years experience in security
management roles and an excellent planning and organizational abilities, problem solving and decision making skills. You must have knowledge of mining and construction or other similar industries. You must be proficient in oral and written English and computer literate as well.

HEALTH AND SAFETY COORDINATOR

This is an important role as BHP Billiton has an overriding commitment to health and safety responsibility. Your challenges will be to coordinate the implementation of health and safety initiatives such as job safety analysis, site audits, incident investigation and emergency management. You will be responsible to ensure health and safety objectives properly delivered to surrounding community.

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong focus on health and safety and
ideally possess a bachelor's degree in a related field with a minimum of three years of coordinator level experience in this area. Having an exposure in mining or high risk industries will be a plus. As you will be a key influencer for a positive health and safety culture, you need to demonstrate interpersonal relationship skills, being a good team player and database management capability. You will be required to communicate in English and Bahasa Indonesia daily. You will be willing to relocate to Balikpapan and work in remote project areas.
