Vacancy: Officer Operations (deadline extended)

A foreign research consultancy is looking for an OFFICER OPERATIONS.

She will be responsible of supervising all day-to-day, operational duties in finance, accounting, taxation, human resources, legal, general affairs, and procurement.

Requirements:
- Female, single, age max. 27 years old
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration/Management/Accountancy
- 2 or 3 years experience in day-to-day operational works in a foreign company
- Working knowledge of English language, able to do translation
- Excellent English correspondence skill, will proofread company’s document
- Knowledge in secretarial duties, have secretarial background is preferable
- Understand procedures of expatriate formalities and company’s establishment papers
- Taxation knowledge is a must: PPh 21, 23, 25, 26, 4 (2), PPN
- Able to handle full set of accounts
- Knowledge in human resources duties, understand prevailing Indonesian labour laws and regulations
- Excellent computer skills: Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Publisher
- Able to operate MYOB accounting software is preferable
- A bit of IT knowledge is desirable (LAN, e-mail, website)
- Comfortable with multi-tasking environment and under pressure situation
- A dedicated, problem solver, creative, independent, and full of initiative person
- Aware of deadlines, good in time management
- Domicile max. 1 hour from Jl. Thamrin, Jakarta Pusat

General information:
- Working days: Monday to Friday; Saturday is optional
- Working hours: 8 to 17, but flexible for extensions, depends on the work load
