Our client, currently involved in the Project of STEAM POWER PLANT, is urgently seeking Indonesian National Candidates for the following Positions:
1. Legal Manager
Main Responsibilities:
• Provide Legal Service in order to ensure that the operation of all company's business complies with laws and other prevalent regulatory provisions.
• In charge in the Judicial process representing the Company
• Evaluate proposal or draft of agreement/contract, actions and other
situations that may have legal impact and determine pertinent course of action as required.
• Prepare Legal opinion in order to convince business counterpart, lenders and sponsors that the Company has full power and legal authority to enter into business contract in its own name.
• Provide contracts, policies, and related forms of Agreement in order to support the insurance products that are compliance with law
Education/Skill/experience
• Minimum of S1 degree in Law
• 5 years of hands on working experience
• Skilful in Business Law
2. Manager-Community & External Affairs
Main Responsibilities:
• Approach, negotiate with communities in order to solve disagreement or dispute
• Coordinate various events, promote and participate in community program and to perform other functions in order to improve the company's image
• Implement the company policy on Public, Government, Community Development in order to have firm guidance
• Acquire all permits, license and deliver their copies to the company's client in order to meet requirements set for the power purchase agreement.
• Acquire legal rights in order to control over the site and land for a 500KV switch yard and for other auxiliary plant equipment
Education/Skills/Experience:
• Minimum of S1 of any discipline
• 5 years of hands on experience
• Negotiation skill
