The Asia Foundation seeks Indonesian candidates for this senior position in our Jakarta office. The Asia Foundation is a non-profit, non-governmental organization committed to the development of a peaceful, prosperous, just and open Asia –Pacific region. Reporting to the Director of Finance Grants and Administration, the Finance Manager supervises a number of Indonesian staff and manages a multi-million dollar annual budget.
Candidates should possess the following;
• Minimum of a university degree in Accounting. Higher qualifications preferred.
• Five to seven years of professional experience handling financial management and accounting responsibilities in an international organization, with a minimum of two years in supervisory capacity.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Strong capacity for effective teamwork.
• Knowledge of the Foundation's financial systems preferred.
