Customer Service for IT

Our client is multinational electronic company, now they are looking for candidate that will be join their team as:
Customer Service for IT
Qualifications:
1. 25-32 years old
2. Min. Diploma
3. Min. 3 years supervisor experience is a must
4. Have knowledge of IT Printer solutions, hardware/software, network integration
5. Good vendor management skill to manage outsourced partners


Duties:
1. Develop good working relationship with the ASC and its Authorized Service Providers (ASP) by maintaining a high level of professionalism based on integrityand respect
2. Conduct regular face to face meeting with ASC & ASP as well as with distributors, resellers & dealers to gather feedback on service issues
3. Ensure that ASC & ASPs meet the contract obligations & KPIs as spelled out in policy agreements & take all necessary proactive actions to ensure that the ASC and its ASPs to the management, feeedback & recommendations on service issues in the Indonesia market
4. Conduct service network survey
5. Comfortable to make sales call especially to corporate customers with sales & marketing team
