Our client, which is a large multinational Oil & Gas company in Balikpapan, is currently looking for Logistic Method Specialist.
REQUIREMENT:
* At least 15 years of International experience in logistics operations in cluding 5 years of managing logistics related activities (Such as : Logistics Superintendent, Head of Logistics Base, etc).
* Clear in expressing ideas, fluency in oral English and capability to write procedures in English is a must.
* Strong knowledge ih HSE in Logistics activities including but not limited to safety in personal & material handling and lifting operations, logistics base management, land and air transports, etc.
* Assertive & strong personality to improve HSE rules & standards and to have them implemented on site operations
* Strong knowledge and experience in Marine and Logistics operations activities in Oil & Gas company
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- To ensure that all activities in Logistics are backed up with proper method and that its HSE aspect is properly managed in order to continuously improve both operational efficiency as well as SE performance in the logistics operations.
- To create and maintain methodology (in the form of manuals, standard instructions, SOP's, etc) for the different activities in logistics, keep them updated, socialize them and ensure that they are well understood and implemented by all personnel involved in the logistics operations.
- To manage HSE aspect in logistic operations, i.e. to ensure that operations are carried out in accordance with TI prevailing HSE standards, promote HSE behaviour and culture in Logistics workspace including contractors and its management, manager proper and precise HSE related reportings and statistics on a timely basis.
