Our client is one of Multinational FMCG Company. They are looking for candidate that will be join their team as

Key Account Manager

Skills/Knowledge/Experience:

1) Female, age between 27 - 30 y.o.
2) The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and target orientated.
3) You must have at least 3 - 5 years field sales experience.
4) Full clean drivers licence is essential.
5) Bachelor's degree preferred.
6) 2-3 years experience in the same position and in consumer products required.
7) Some beverage experience a plus.
8) Requires experience managing budgets and making customer calls.
9) Familiarity with category management and sales analysis tools.
10) Intermediate computer and database application skills.

Job Descriptions:
1. Managing and developing the relationships with Group Accounts to drive and grow packaged sales volume and achieve agreed sales targets.
2. Negotiating and implementing Long Term Agreements with Key Accounts.
3. Reviewing commercial trading and brand performance with customers on a regular basis and documenting all outcomes and actions.
4. Managing all resources available (discounts, promotions, hospitality etc.) in an efficient and cost effective manner, within budgets allocated.
5. Regularly reviewing and communicating Off Trade performance and initiating appropriate corrective action, where necessary.
6. Implementing all agreed Channel and Brand Plans.
7. Identify needs for existing products and potential joint developments.
8. Communicate existing relationships, projects, and programs internally and externally.
9. Negotiate regional and global proposals and contracts.
