Our client, Petrochemical Industry operate a Petrochemical complex at Saudi Arabia. The Facility was commissioned, currently has an annual ethylene production and polyethylene of its per annum. NATPET is now expanding facilities. NATPET is in search of qualified and experienced personnel in Petrochemical for its new facilities and invite applications for the following positions:
Natpet O&M – Vacant positions
1. RELIABILITY ENGINEERING SUPERVISOR
Bachelor's Degree in Mech. Eng. Oriented with vibration data analysis, failure mode equipment analysis, TPM & Industry standards code.
2. STATIC EQUIPMENT INSPECTION ENGINEER
Bachelor's Degree in Mech. Eng. Minimum 5 years experience in Columns, Pressure vessels, Fire Heaters, Heat exchangers, piping, etc. Certified in N.D.T techniques. Oriented in ICCP/SA .Critical & cathode protection systems, radiography, etc.
3. ELECTRICAL PLANNER
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering with minimum 5 years of project management experience. Knowledge of electrical engineering techniques. Hands-on experience in ERP implementation like SAP/R-3 or RAMIS. Safety principles, practices and applicable laws. Computer applications related to the work.
4. PROCESS CONTROL SYSTEMS ENGINEER (DCS - Hardware)
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering with minimum 5 years experience in Process control automation, simulation in major Petrochemical, Polymers installations. Should have adequate technical skills for configuration of loops on DCS, PLCs, in depth knowledge of application software, statistical data processing, control loop
parameters and tuning, etc.
5. INSPECTORS
B.E.(Mechanical engineer /Metallurgy) having 6 to 8 years experience in inspection/ diagnosis of various static equipments of petrochemical/ Refinery industry, certified with NDT techniques, well versed with cathodic protection , corrosion , insulation, painting, themography, refractory, pipe linings, boroscopy,
PWHT, MPI, DPT, WPS, UT etc.
6. MECHANICAL ENGINEER - Piping & Stationery Equipment
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 5 years of professional level experience in the engineering/design department in oil/petrochemical Industry. Experience of mechanical maintenance is essential. Knowledge of engineering codes, practices and techniques of mechanical engineering, supervision, project & contract management, Materials and techniques of facility construction is essential.
7. ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering with 5 years of professional level experience in the engineering / design department of a large scale oil/petrochemical Industry. Experience of electrical maintenance is desirable. Knowledge of engineering codes , practices and techniques of electrical engineering, supervision , project & contract management, Materials and techniques of facility construction desirable. Knowledge of electrical design codes essential.
8. INSTRUMENT ENGINEER
Bachelor's Degree in Instrumentation & Controls / Electronics Engineering with 5 years of professional level experience in the engineering / design department of any oil/petrochemical Industry. Experience of maintenance of Instrumentation Equipment.
Knowledge of engineering codes , practices and techniques of instrumentation & controls , DCS engineering, supervision , project & contract management , Materials and techniques of facility construction desirable.
9. MECHANICAL ENGINEER – Rotating Equipment
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 5 years of professional level experience in the engineering/design department of any oil/petrochemical Industry. Experience of mechanical maintenance is desirable. Knowledge of engineering codes , practices and techniques of mechanical engineering, supervision , project & contract management, Materials and techniques of facility construction desirable
FIELD OPERATOR - REACTOR, CCR, HEATERS, CHLORINATION (PDH)
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry with minimum 3-4 year of experience in petrochemical/polymer industry, or 12th grade with minimum 6-7 years of experience in the same industry. Handling of LPG and other hydrocarbons, distillation columns, boilers, fired heaters, compressors, cryogenic separation system, etc.
FIELD OPERATOR - REACTION AND PURIFICATION AREA (PPU )
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry with minimum 3-4 year of experience or 12th?
grade with minimum 6-7 years experience in petrochemical/ polymer industry.?
Operators of Extrusion area should have minimum 2-3 years in ?operating pelleting, pneumatic conveyers and production & supply of utilities.?
Safety Health & Environment Supervisor (S.H.E.)
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering with minimum 5 -7 years
experience in real time environmental, industrial hygiene in petrochemical/ polymer
industry. Knowledge of Safety, Hygiene standards. Professional certifications on Safety is desirable. Thorough understanding of S.H.E. regulatory process?
