Project Engineer, Accounting, Assistant Manager, Electrical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Secretary

One of our clients, one of the multi disciplined engineering company is seeking for energetic and capable candidates to join their successful team. The details of vacant positions and qualifications are shown as below:

1. PROJECT ENGINEER (Code : PE – 1107)


Responsibilities;
- All phases of planning and execution on a medium-sized & larger project.
- Prepare and present technical dossiers concerning the detailed engineering of the project, in order to assist the Contract or project manager in co-coordinating the development of the Project
- Assist the project management team to ensure Compliance with Company Safety objectives throughout the life of the project
- Provide technical assistance and advice to the project and contract manager in developing and coordinating the required engineering studies.
- Prepare dossiers for Company, partners, authorities as required
- Coordinate the reporting on technical matters
- Assist disciple engineers in periods of work overload
- Keep a permanent contact with the contractors on engineering matters.
- Constantly informed of all activities on the project in order to replace his supervisor in case of absence.
- Assist the Contract Manager in the management of specific contracts or Purchase orders.
- Represent project regarding, protecting company’s interests and influencing decisions
- Interface with specialists externally and internally.
- Ensure technology transfer to staff supervised.

Qualifications;
• Engineering degree with 5 to 10 years relevant experience.
• A level of expertise in a specific discipline.
• Knowledge of one or more of the following; engineering, construction, platform installation, hook-up, safety, tender & contract negotiation, cost control, planning, contractor & project team management.
• Fluent spoken & written English.
• Willing to travel domestic and overseas

2. Senior Financial Accountant – 2 position (Code : SFA – 1107)
The main responsibilities are supervising daily activities in finance/accounting division and ensure month end closing process going smoothly in term of corporate reporting.

Qualifications:
• Male/Female, 30 – 35 years old
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from reputable university (MBA and overseas graduated are preferred) with minimum Grade Point Average of 3.00, scale 4.00
• Have at least 5 - 8 years experience in Finance, Accounting and Taxation in multinational company
• Strong analytical and strategic skills, keen in detail as well as account reconciliation concept
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Absolutely fluent in English and Indonesian both oral and written
• Willing to travel domestic and overseas

3. HR Assistant Manager – 1 position (Code : HRAM – 1107)
The main responsibilities are supervising and assisting HR Manager on human resources function issues.
• Male/Female, 30 – 35 years old
• S1 degree, management and psychology disciplines from reputable university (overseas graduated are preferred)
• Have at least 5 - 8 years experience in Human Resources
• Having wide range experience of handling industrial relation and good knowledge of manpower regulation and its implementation
• Having high negotiation skill particularly with local government and local community
• Having good and deep understanding about recruitment, compensation and benefit scheme, performance appraisal, and other HR function
• Have a strong administration skill
• Willing to travel domestic and overseas

4. Electrical Engineer – 3 position (Code : EE - 1107)
Job Requirements :
• Male, 28 - 35 years old
• S1, majoring in Electrical Engineering from Reputable University
• Must have at least 5 years work experience, preference will be given to candidates with experience in Coal Fired Power Plant Project.
• Good Communication Skill and excellent command of English, both written and oral.
• Highly motivated and a team player with leadership attributes
• Must Possess good computer skills.

5. Mechanical Engineer – 4 position (Code : ME - 1107)
Job Requirements :
• Male, 28 - 35 years old
• S1, majoring in Mechanical Engineering from Reputable University
• At least 5 years work experience as Engineer in Engineering Company
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Construction of power plant, piping design, heat exchanger design, etc.
• Familiar with international codes & standard such as ASME, ANSI, API etc.
• Good Communication Skill and excellent command of English, both written and oral.
• Enthusiastic, hard worker with high motivation
• Attractive personality and good interpersonal skill
• Must Possess good computer skills.

6. Executive Secretary – 2 position (Code : ES – 1107)
• Female, 30 years of age max
• Minimum of S1
• Experience min. 3 years
• Excellent in both oral & written English (and other foreign language are preferred)
